Certificate\uff09\uff1a\u5ba0\u7269\u5728\u5165\u5883\u524d\u5fc5\u987b\u514d\u75ab\u72c2\u72ac\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u9664\u5916\u72ac\u7c7b\u9700\u8981\u514d\u75ab\u4e94\u8054\u75ab\u82d7\uff08DHPPI\uff09\u3001\u732b\u9700\u8981\u514d\u75ab\u4e09\u8054\u75ab\u82d7\uff08Feline 3-in-1\uff09\uff0c\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u8bc1\u660e\u4e0a\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u660e\u82af\u7247\u7f16\u53f7\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u72c2\u72ac\u75ab\u82d7\u5fc5\u987b\u514d\u75ab\u8d85\u8fc71\u4e2a\u6708\u4e14\u4e0d\u52301\u5e74\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u72c2\u72ac\u75c5\u8840\u6e05\u6297\u4f53\u68c0\u6d4b\uff08Rabies Titer \/ FAVN-OIE Tests\uff09\uff1a \u72c2\u72ac\u75c5\u8840\u6e05\u6297\u4f53\u68c0\u6d4b\u662f\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5ba0\u7269\u72c2\u72ac\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u6548\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5ba0\u7269\u5bf9\u72c2\u72ac\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u6297\u4f53\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u68c0\u6d4b\u76ee\u524d\u53ea\u80fd\u5728OIE\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u68c0\u6d4b\u65b9\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u53f0\u6e7e\u5730\u533a\u6ca1\u6709\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u68c0\u6d4b\u8be5\u9879\u503c\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u5bb6\u957f\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u524d\u8054\u7cfbPetsino\uff0c\u9884\u5b9a\u56fd\u5916\u53ef\u4ee5\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u5206\u79bb\u8840\u6e05\u5c06\u8840\u6e05\u5bc4\u9001\u5230\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u56fd\u5916\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c1\u4e2a\u6708\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ff\u5230\u3002\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u8840\u6e05\u6297\u4f53\u6d53\u5ea6\u5fc5\u987b\u5927\u4e8e\u7b49\u4e8e 0.5 IU\/ml\u65b9\u88ab\u8ba4\u53ef\u4e3a\u8fbe\u6807\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8fdb\u53e3\u548c\u9694\u79bb\u8bb8\u53ef\uff08Import Permit\uff09\uff1a\u5ba0\u7269\u5728\u5165\u5883\u524d\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u6fb3\u6d32\u7684DAFF\uff08Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries\uff09\u83b7\u5f97\u4e00\u4efd\u5141\u8bb8\u5165\u5883\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u660e\u3002\u60a8\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bc1\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u60a8\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u626b\u63cf\u4ef6\u3001\u5ba0\u7269\u7684\u6253\u9488\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001RNATT\u68c0\u67e5\u62a5\u544a\u7b49\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bc1\u9700\u8981\u81f3\u5c11\u63d0\u524d42\u5929\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5f00\u59cb\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u8bc1\u5c06\u57281\u4e2a\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7b7e\u53d1\u7ed9\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u3002\u6fb3\u6d32\u76ee\u524d\u53ea\u5141\u8bb8\u4ece\u58a8\u5c14\u672c\u3001\u6089\u5c3c\u4e24\u4e2a\u673a\u573a\u5165\u5883\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\u8bbe\u7acb\u9694\u79bb\u6240\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u524d\u5f80\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u5165\u5883\u6fb3\u6d32\u9700\u8981\u9694\u79bb\u6700\u77ed10\u5929\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5176\u4ed6\u68c0\u6d4b\uff08Leishmaniosis,Leptospirosis,Brucellosis,CIV\uff09\u3001\u9a71\u866b\uff08Internal parasite treatments&amp;External parasite treatments and Ehrlichia canis testingTimeframe\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u68c0\u67e5\u9700\u8981\u5728\u51fa\u53d1\u524d45\u5929\u5185\u529e\u7406\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5b98\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e(Goverment Health Certificate)\uff1a\u5b98\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6e14\u519c\u7f72\u7b7e\u53d1\u3002\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u524d\uff0c\u5ba0\u7269\u4e3b\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u5e26\u5ba0\u7269\u5230\u5b98\u65b9\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u5ba0\u7269\u533b\u9662\u8fdb\u884c\u5168\u8eab\u4f53\u68c0\u548c\u62bd\u8840\u5316\u9a8c\uff0c\u68c0\u6d4b\u5408\u683c\u540e\u643a\u5e26\u4f53\u68c0\u62a5\u544a\u3001\u62a4\u7167\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u3001\u673a\u7968\u590d\u5370\u4ef6\u7b49\u4fe1\u606f\u5230\u5f53\u5730\u51fa\u5165\u5883\u68c0\u9a8c\u68c0\u75ab\u5c40\u7533\u8bf7\u5b98\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u901a\u5173\u5355\u548c\u6362\u5355\u51ed\u8bc1\uff1a\u5ba0\u7269\u4e3b\u4eba\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u5b98\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4f1a\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u4efd\u901a\u5173\u5355\uff0c\u6b64\u901a\u5173\u5355\u5c06\u4ea4\u4e8e\u673a\u573a\u6d77\u5173\u3002\u5982\u679c\u529e\u7406\u5b98\u65b9\u5065\u5eb7\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u4e0d\u662f\u6700\u540e\u7684\u51fa\u5883\u53e3\u5cb8\uff0c\u5ba0\u7269\u4e3b\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u7533\u8bf7\u6362\u5355\u51ed\u8bc1\uff0c\u51ed\u501f\u6362\u5355\u51ed\u8bc1\u5728\u51fa\u5883\u53e3\u5cb8\u6e05\u5173\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>\u6fb3\u6d32\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u539f\u6587\u5982\u4e0b\uff08\u6765\u6e90\u4e8eDAFF\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7f51\u7ad9\uff09\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"color: #284e36; The scanned microchip number must be correctly recorded on all documentation.<\/li>\n<li>If the microchip cannot be read or is inconsistent across the animal&#8217;s documentation, the animal will not be eligible for import to Australia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 3: Check Rabies Vaccination<br \/>\nTimeframe: Dependent on vaccine validity<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>Your dog must be vaccinated with an inactivated rabies virus vaccine in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s directions.<\/li>\n<li>Dogs must have a current rabies vaccination record at the time of export that shows that an inactivated vaccine was given when the dog was at least 90 days of age.<\/li>\n<li>Dogs must be more than 12 weeks of age when vaccinated.<\/li>\n<li>The rabies vaccine must be approved for use in dogs by the Competent Authority of the country of export.<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) yearly rabies vaccinations are acceptable.<\/li>\n<li>Rabies vaccinations must be administered in an approved country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 4: Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre (RNAT) test<br \/>\nTimeframe: Between 6 and 24 months before export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<p>For your RNAT test to be valid, the following requirements must be met:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>Following a rabies virus vaccination, a <a style=\"color: #773141; font-weight: bold;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.daff.gov.au\/biosecurity\/cat-dogs\/glossary-for-cat-and-dog-import-permit-applications\">Government Approved Veterinarian<\/a> must scan the animal\u2019s microchip and collect a blood sample for the RNAT test.<\/li>\n<li>The blood sample must be drawn in a Department of Agriculture approved country.<\/li>\n<li>The animal\u2019s microchip number must be written on the blood tube and the laboratory submission form.<\/li>\n<li>The testing laboratory must be approved by the Competent Authority in the exporting country. It is acceptable to draw blood in a Department of Agriculture approved country and be tested at a laboratory in a different approved country.<\/li>\n<li>The laboratory report must be in English and completed on the testing laboratory\u2019s letterhead. The report must include the animal\u2019s microchip number, the blood sampling date, the signature of the person responsible for issuing the laboratory report, the location where the blood sample was taken and test result.<\/li>\n<li>A result of 0.5 IU\/ml or more is acceptable. A result of less than 0.5 IU\/ml is not acceptable and in this circumstance you may re-vaccinate and repeat the testing process.<\/li>\n<li>The department recognises the RNAT test result for 24 months from the date of blood sampling to the date of export. The animal must have a valid RNAT test laboratory report at the time of export. If the RNAT test is due to expire (i.e., greater than 24 months old) prior to the date of export, you must have your dog retested prior to the expiry date.<\/li>\n<li>The animal is not eligible for importation into Australia until at least one hundred and eighty (180) days have passed from the date that the blood sample is drawn for the RNAT test (with a satisfactory result).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 5: The Official Government Veterinarian must complete the Rabies Vaccination and Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre (RNAT) test declaration<br \/>\nTimeframe: Before applying for the import permit<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>You must contact an Official Government Veterinarian in the country of export to complete the RNAT test Declaration. On arrival animals will be collected at the airport by a Quarantine Officer and transported directly to the quarantine facility.<\/li>\n<li>In general and wherever possible, flights should be booked to arrive in Australia between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Animals must not arrive on Australian public holidays or weekends as they cannot be collected from the airport.<\/li>\n<li>The department does not place any restrictions on the airline you choose. However, the animal must travel as &#8220;Manifested Cargo&#8221; (not in the cabin) and in an International Air Transport Association (IATA) approved crate for dogs.<\/li>\n<li>IATA guidelines can be viewed at Traveller&#8217;s Pet Corner<\/li>\n<li>There are animal transport companies in most countries that can make arrangements on your behalf. Visit Independent Pet and Animal Transportation Association International, Inc. for a list of animal transport companies worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>The department accepts no responsibility for animals that escape en route, and all transport costs are at the importer&#8217;s expense.<strong>Transiting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>During transport to Australia dogs may transit (touch down but stay on the same plane) in all countries (approved or not).<br \/>\n<strong>Transhipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You may require prior approval from the competent authority in the country of transhipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 9: Check general vaccinations<br \/>\nTimeframe: Dependent on the validity of your dog\u2019s vaccination<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">The department recommends that your dog receives a vaccination that protects against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para-influenza and Bordetella bronchiseptica and is valid for the entire post-arrival quarantine period.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 10: Check Canine Influenza virus (CIV) vaccination status (only dogs that are exported from the USA)<br \/>\nTimeframe: Between 12 months and 14 days before export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>Dogs exported from the USA must have a vaccination against canine influenza virus (CIV) administered between 12 months and 14 days before export.<\/li>\n<li>Vaccinations must be valid for the entire quarantine period in Australia.<\/li>\n<li>All vaccinations must be administered in an approved country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 11: Testing for Brucella canis (Brucellosis)<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 45 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>If the dog is desexed, no testing for Brucellosis is required (Note: Evidence of desexing may be requested by the Competent Authority in the exporting country or the Department of Agriculture).<br \/>\nOR<\/li>\n<li>A blood sample must be taken by a Government Approved Veterinarian from the dog and tested with a negative result for Brucella canis using either serum agglutination test or indirect fluorescent antibody test within 45 days before export. The dog must also not be mated or artificially inseminated from at least 14 days before sample collection until export.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 12: Testing for Leishmania infantum (Leishmaniosis)<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 45 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">A blood sample must be taken by a Government Approved Veterinarian from the dog and tested for Leishmania infantum using either an indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) or an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) within 45 days before export. The test must produce a negative result.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 13: Testing, treatment or vaccination for Leptospira canicola (Leptospirosis)<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 45 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<p>A Government Approved Veterinarian can either:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>fully vaccinate your dog against Leptospira interrogans serovar Canicola, according to manufacturers recommendations, at least 14 days before export and the vaccination is valid at the time of export<br \/>\nOR<\/li>\n<li>test a blood sample from your dog with a negative result at (less than 50% agglutination) at a serum dilution of 1:100 using a microscopic agglutination test (MAT), once within 45 days before export.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step14: (only if your dog has ever visited mainland Africa): Babesia Canis Treatment<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 28 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">If your dog has ever visited mainland Africa, it must be treated by a Government Approved Veterinarian with a single dose of imidocarb dipropionate at a rate of 7.5mg\/kg body weight, or two doses at a rate of 6.0 mg\/kg body weight given at least 14 days apart. Treatments must be by subcutaneous injection and given within 28 days of export.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 15: Internal parasite treatments<br \/>\nTimeframe: Two treatments at least 14 days apart, with the second treatment given within 5 days of export.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">The dog must be treated by a Government Approved Veterinarian twice with an internal parasite treatment effective against internal parasites (nematodes and cestodes). The two treatments must be administered at least 14 days apart and within 45 days before export. The second treatment must be given within 5 days before export.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 16: External parasite treatments and Ehrlichia canis testing<br \/>\nTimeframe: Start external parasite treatment at least 21 days before blood sampling for Ehrlichia canis. Ehrlichia canis blood sampling must occur within 21 days before export.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>A Government Approved Veterinarian must treat the dog with a product that kills ticks and fleas on contact at least 21 days before blood collection for Ehrlichia canis. To maintain continuous protection from external parasites until the time of export, you may need to repeat treatment in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s directions.<\/li>\n<li>You should discuss suitable external parasite treatments with the Government Approved Veterinarian.<\/li>\n<li>At each subsequent veterinary visit, the Government Approved Veterinarian should thoroughly examine the dog for external parasites. If any ticks are found from the time of treatment referred to above until export, they must be removed and the preparation must be restarted, including testing for Ehrlichia canis<\/li>\n<li>A blood sample collected at least 21 days after external parasite treatment starts and within 21 days before export must be tested for Ehrlichia canis infection by an Indirect Fluorescent Antibody Test (IFAT). The test must produce a negative result at a dilution of 1:40. Testing done using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 17: Pre export clinical examination<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 5 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">The dog must be examined by a Government Approved Veterinarian or an Official Government Veterinarian and found to be free from external parasites and clinical signs of infectious or contagious disease within 5 days before export. You must take the animal and all documentation to this examination.<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; cursor: pointer; padding: 5px 0px 0px; margin: 0px; color: #002f63;\" title=\"collapse section\">Step 18: Completion of Veterinary Health Certificate (Attachment A)<br \/>\nTimeframe: Within 5 days of export<\/h3>\n<div class=\"show\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<p>The Veterinary Health Certificate is located as Attachment A to your valid import permit. It must be completed by the Official Government Veterinarian.<br \/>\nThe following documents must accompany the animal on arrival in Australia. Copies can be used, but all documents must bear the original signature of the Official Government Veterinarian and stamp of the Competent Authority on each page:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>A valid import permit<\/li>\n<li>A completed Veterinary Health Certificate (Attachment A of the import permit)<\/li>\n<li>Ehrlichia canis laboratory report<\/li>\n<li>Leishmania infantum laboratory report<\/li>\n<li>Brucella canis laboratory report (if not desexed)<\/li>\n<li>Leptospira canicola laboratory report (if not vaccinated)<\/li>\n<li>Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre (RNAT) test laboratory report; and<\/li>\n<li>Rabies Neutralising Antibody Titre (RNAT) Test Declaration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[It is recommended that you retain a copy of each of these documents.]<br \/>\nAny corrections made to the Veterinary Health Certificate must be struck through, remain legible and be signed and stamped by the Official Government Veterinarian (NB: Correction fluid must not be used).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; margin: -5px 0px 10px 15px;\">\n<ul style=\"margin: 8px 0px 8px 10px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;\">\n<li>The dog must be consigned to Australia in a container that meets the standard required in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Live Animals Regulation Container Requirement 1.<\/li>\n<li>In most cases the animal will be checked in at the freight terminal, not the passenger terminal.<\/li>\n<li>The dog must arrive in Australia on, or after, 3 February 2014 and prior to the expiry date of the import permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\" expanded\" style=\"font-size: 1.2em;
